Dear Friends,

Friday, July 6th, was another milestone day for Victory 1:27. Our Beatrice Nakabubi  graduated from Uganda Christian University with a degree in environmental science. Beatrice is now our second university graduate! Praise God!

Beatrice was in our first group of children when we launched Victory 1:27. Her father died when she was young and she was in and out of school after that. There was no stability in her life until God provided a lovely lady named Trisha to sponsor her, pray for her, write to her, and encourage her in her faith.

Beatrice has steadily grown in confidence through the years as she has worked hard to make the most of the opportunity she has been given. She just completed an internship with the Kampala waste authority and we are praying that will lead to a full time job. Wherever God decides to put her, Beatrice will make an impact. She loves Jesus. She is smart and kind and bubbly and her big smile lights up a room.

Here is a picture of Beatrice when we first met her beside a picture of her at graduation on Friday.

If you have ever bought note cards or artwork, contributed to our higher education fund, given to our rice and beans fund, or prayed for our children, then you have played an important role in Beatrice’s success.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Please continue to pray for our children and our ministry. We are making a child at a time. Hallelujah!

Much Love,
